Jillian Blades-Rice brings a unique blend of equestrian expertise and digital marketing leadership to the table. Growing up riding hunters in Southern California ignited a lifelong love for horses, which she channeled into pursuing a B.A. in Equine Business & Facility Management with a minor in Business Administration from Otterbein University.
Jillian then gained valuable experience on the equine industry side at SmartPak Equine in Massachusetts. In 2016, she transitioned to the digital marketing world, joining a transportation industry agency as a Digital Marketing Manager. She then rose to the position of Director of Accounts & Marketing Operations. Under her leadership, the agency experienced explosive growth, exceeding a seven-figure annual revenue mark, up from the low six figures.
When not leading the charge at Jillian Blades Consulting, Jillian enjoys life in Washington, D.C. with her husband and their furry companions (a dog and a cat). Her beloved last junior horse, Freddie, lives close by in Maryland and keeps everyone on their best behavior in spite of his impressive age of 26. Jillian can also be found traveling between coasts to visit her family still based in California.
